Davit Baroyan – is a theatre and film actor affiliated with Teatr ZAR at the Grotowski Institute since 2014. From 2022 to 2025, he served as a pedagogue at the Theatre Academy in Wrocław, sharing his experience and artistic practice with emerging actors.
With Teatr ZAR, he has performed at numerous international theatre festivals across the world, including appearances in Tokyo, Rome, St Petersburg, Oslo, Madrid, and San Francisco, among many others.
He has collaborated with renowned directors such as Leszek Mądzik (From Darkness to the Light) and Hiroshi Koike (Kosmos), further expanding his artistic range.
Davit is a graduate of two editions (2012 and 2016) of the Alternative Theatre Academy, as well as Journalism and Culture Animation at the University of Wrocław. Alongside his stage and film work, he leads acting workshops and professional trainings in Poland and internationally.
Beyond theatre, he is passionate about japanese kimonos and rap music, bringing the same creative energy to music as he does to the stage.
