The workshop involves intensive physical work and is intended for those interested in the physical aspects of the actor’s craft. The material explored in the workshop will be the starting point for more in-depth work to be done later at the new studio that is currently being formed at the Grotowski Institute as part of the BodyConstitution programme.

Participants are required to wear comfortable clothes suitable for intense physical work, preferably with no large metal objects such as buttons, zips, etc.
